Support
The Support page is where you tell us about problems or requests and follow their progress.
You can also chat with Meera, our in-app assistant — tap the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page. If Meera can't help, she'll pass your question to a human teammate who will follow up by email.
Reporting an issue
You can start a report from any dashboard section using the floating Report an issue button in the bottom-right corner, or from the Support page itself:
- Click Report an issue.
- Enter a short subject, pick a category (Bug, Billing, Feature request, Question, or Other), and describe what happened in the description.
- Optionally attach one or more screenshots under Screenshots to show the problem. Each upload appears as a thumbnail — click the ✕ on a thumbnail to remove it before submitting.
- Click Submit. Your issue appears in the list with the status Open, and we email you a confirmation that we've received it.
Tracking status
Each issue shows a status badge:
- Open — received, not yet started.
- In progress — we're working on it.
- Resolved — we consider it done.
Click any row to expand it and read the full description. Any screenshots you attached appear under Attachments — click a thumbnail to open the full image in a new tab. When we reply, an Admin reply block appears under the issue with our message and the date.
Removing an issue
Use the trash icon on a row to delete an issue you no longer need. This can't be undone.
