Support

The Support page is where you tell us about problems or requests and follow their progress.

You can also chat with Meera, our in-app assistant — tap the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page. If Meera can't help, she'll pass your question to a human teammate who will follow up by email.

Reporting an issue

You can start a report from any dashboard section using the floating Report an issue button in the bottom-right corner, or from the Support page itself:

  1. Click Report an issue.
  2. Enter a short subject, pick a category (Bug, Billing, Feature request, Question, or Other), and describe what happened in the description.
  3. Optionally attach one or more screenshots under Screenshots to show the problem. Each upload appears as a thumbnail — click the on a thumbnail to remove it before submitting.
  4. Click Submit. Your issue appears in the list with the status Open, and we email you a confirmation that we've received it.

Tracking status

Each issue shows a status badge:

  • Open — received, not yet started.
  • In progress — we're working on it.
  • Resolved — we consider it done.

Click any row to expand it and read the full description. Any screenshots you attached appear under Attachments — click a thumbnail to open the full image in a new tab. When we reply, an Admin reply block appears under the issue with our message and the date.

Removing an issue

Use the trash icon on a row to delete an issue you no longer need. This can't be undone.
