Items

The Items page is your catalog of services and products you bill repeatedly. Saving an item once lets you add it to any invoice without re-typing its details.

What an item stores

  • Name and optional description
  • HSN/SAC code for GST classification
  • Default rate (in rupees)
  • Default GST slab (e.g. 18%)
  1. Add an item

    Enter the name, rate, GST slab, and optional HSN/SAC code and description.
  2. Reuse it on invoices

    When creating an invoice, pick the item to auto-fill its rate, tax, and code.
  3. Keep it current

    Edit an item's default rate or slab as your pricing changes. Existing invoices are unaffected — they keep the values they were created with.
