Welcome to E-BillR

E-BillR is a GST-compliant invoicing app for Indian freelancers. It helps you raise professional, tax-correct invoices, email them to clients, track who has paid, record your own expenses and vendor bills, and see your business finances at a glance.

Who it's for

Independent freelancers and small service businesses in India who need to issue GST invoices without the overhead of heavyweight accounting software.

The big picture

Everything in E-BillR flows in one direction — from setting up your identity, to billing clients, to tracking money in and out, to reporting:

  1. Set up your business

    Add your company details, GSTIN, logo, and signature in Settings. This identity is stamped onto every invoice.
  2. Bill your clients

    Create invoices (optionally from saved Items) with automatic GST, and email them straight from E-BillR.
  3. Track money in

    Record Receipts against invoices as clients pay. Invoices update to partial or paid automatically.
  4. Track money out

    Log Expenses and vendor Bills, and record Payments against those bills.
  5. See where you stand

    The Overview and Reports pages turn all of this into income, expense, GST, and outstanding figures.
